After that I have the whole day telephone service and enquiries to work on, which come by telephone. However, there are days when there are more telephones or less.
When I turn on my computer, I first look at the daily agenda and check if there are any jobs in the agenda, which I have to be prepared for if something would not work out for the drivers. After I have looked in the agenda, the bills are added. I generate invoices, which are not yet done. After I have made the invoices and I know that I have to pick up a person in between, I also go with the Spitex car to pick up someone in between and bring this person to the place where they want to go (transport).
Most of the time I also have the task of bringing the laundry to the laundry 1-2 times a week. This means that I also have to use a car from Spitex (we work with them) to bring the laundry and pick it up again the next week. I have telephone service all day long and have to coordinate and enter appointments. I also have the task of accepting orders and scheduling.
My expectations of this apprenticeship are that I will learn a lot in the area of administration and accounting.
I also find it very important that I can see other things and look into the work of others, so that I know what is on my desk in the back office.
