My name is Dylan, I am 18 years old and currently live on Glencairn Drive in the south of Dublin.

We are now all diligently working, attending school only once a week for two hours on Wednesday.

I currently work in the real estate industry at Casey Kennedy Estate Agents, where I have the opportunity to immerse myself in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As part of a dedicated team, I am responsible for various tasks that contribute to the success of our agency. This includes conducting property viewings, cutting videos and managing the social media account of our company.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is the interaction with clients on the phone, which I feel will significantly improve my communication skills. I am eager to take on this new challenge and happy to work with such a good team.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym and taking trips to new places with my friends, as you can see in the pictures.
