«My name is Noah and I started my apprenticeship on the 1. September at the company Antrimon Group AG. The company is based in Muri AG and I need to commute for about 15 minutes to reach my company. The company’s location is perfect for me, just one direct train ride away.

ANTRIMON Group AG combines the four specialised areas of motion products, project and innovation management, engineering and production. We are specialized in producing mechanical things. We sell motors to the automotive industry. However, we also supply pharmaceutical companys, for example, Novartis.

I expect to get a great deal out of this internship and I think I have found the perfect company for me. I expect to learn how to work in the operations department and how to do administrative things on my own and I expect the company to teach me these things from their side.

In the first couple of weeks I have learnt an amazing amount. I am working in the operation sector and I am doing a lot of administrative things. However, the Head of Operations wants to give me a chance to look in every sector that the company has to offer. Right now, for example, I am working in the purchasing team, which I like a lot. They let me make purchases on my own and they give me lots of compliments on my independence.»
